Is your bike running rich leaving too much unburnt gas in the pipe? Cause if that were to ignite in the pipe that could be the cause of the explosion. Or I could just be talking outta my ass

looks like the CF tube has vibrated at a different frequency to the clamp and eventually sheered itself enough that it’s asploded. Is there some sort of vibration damper between the clamp and muffler?
